PRESENT YOURSELVES OUR READERS...
"We are Versover, a Heavy Metal band from Brazil. We play a traditional heavy metal with some influences of hard rock and prog metal. We´ve been on the road for 8 years and we have 3 complete cds released, plus one demotape and a couple of projects appereances."

WHO ARE VERSOVER AS BAND MEMBERS?
"We are: Rodrigo Carmo on vocal, Gustavo Carmo on guitar, Leandro Moreira on bass, and Felipe Tamburus on Drums."

WHEN DID YOU HAVE FOUNDED THE BAND?
"In 1997, after we got tired of playing covers."

WOULD YOU LIKE TO TALK ABOUT THE VERY FIRST BEGINNING OF BAND...
"We started composing songs, and recorded the demotape "Endurance". After that, we sent it to many magazines in Brazil for reviewing, and for record labels too. After some time, we got signed with Die Hard Records for releasing our first complete album "Love, hate and everything in between". And that´s it, we started being more active than never."

WHAT'S ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS RECORDING-EFFORTS?
"Before this band, we didn´t have any recording registered. So, everything related to us started from this point on."

THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTS IN YOUR HISTORY?
"The 100 shows we made in Brazil to promote our first album, the opening acts for Edguy, Blaze Bayley and Angra, and our TV appereance at a very famous program here in Brazil, which gave us a good feedback."

HOW TO INTRODUCE US "BUILT PERSPECTIVES"?
"This is an EP, which contains songs that were left beside, somehow, plus some songs that we made for projects appereances. We self-produced, self-recorded, self-promoted, self-everything with this album, a great experience."

IF I'M NOT WRONGIN' YOUR NEW ALBUM IS SELF-PRODUCED, WHY?
"Because we felt we were at the right time to do so. If you notice, everything from us is self-produced, not only this album."

WHAT'S ABOUT THE PRODUCTION OF ALBUM?
"Hardworking and hardworking. It is not easy to compose, play, produce, record, mix, master, promote, and take care of the art, band, arrangements, well, everything. But we are satisfied with the results."

ANY PARTICULAR CONCEPT CONCERNING THE ALBUM?
"Not at all. The name just describes that we built the perspectives to be self-everything."

WHAT'S THE MOOD OF IT?
"Well. Let´s talk about real mood. We are happy with the stuff we put on it, and we can´t see it to play them live!"

THE SOUND IS QUITE THRASHY, RIGHT?
"Yes, lot´s of trash influence. I am a very fan of Megadeth indeed. So... it is natural to be there."

THE MOST SALIENT ASPECTS OF YOUR NEW ALBUM?
"The vocals are better suited for the singer. The melodies are much more well structured, and the songs are more and more energetic."

WHAT'S ABOUT THE FEEDBACK?
"We good really good reviews, and good sales too, in attention with the detail that we made everything by ourselves. That´s hard to do, but it was a great experience.2

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SOUND?
"Anger, pain, happiness, excitement. Well, any kind of life´s aspects."

TOURING PLANS?
"Well. We would like to tour in Europe, but that´s quite impossible."

YOUR LIFE'S PHILOSOPHY?
"Built perspectives."

THE FUTURE OF THE BAND?
"Well. I don´t know. ;)..."

ANY LAST REMARKS?
"I surprised that you didn´t know us. We have a record label that said they would promote us in Europe. We got almost no results from this, and our album House of Bones is said to be promoted and distributed, including Italy, with a official release (check the website for the European version of the album´s cover)... I do not know what the hell went on. But... that´s music business."
